Overview :
V-SOMO is a platform that helps students to take their Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) short courses through their mobile phone. This mobile app was developed for the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) in collaboration with Airtel Tanzania.

V-SOMO has over 20,000+ active users across Tanzania as of March 2022. Some of the graduates are employed in national large scale infrastructure projects such as Tanzania Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), and large-scale energy projects such as Julius Nyerere Hydropower Station.
